Awesome sounding mic, no proximity effect, very uniform frequency response throughout types of use and distance

I have the nickel... Beautiful looking mic! So far so good but I only used it twice... One church rehearsal for 45 minutes and one wedding gig for 3 hours. More open and natural than my Beta58a. My wife uses the Neumann and I use the Shure.
