Two nights ago I shot a rare picture: a marten running around the neighborhood.
Since the 1970s, these animals climb into the engine of cars from below and it's their hobby to chew on cables.
I had a marten damage two years ago, when there was a warning lamp indicating the engine didn't get a sufficient amount of gazoline. The cables were leaking.
I just hope this one has picked a different car...

Nasty little dudes for sure. One chewed up some electrical wires on an Austen Sprite years ago when I was in England.
