It looks a lot like my Crown CM-311A, it hooks over the ears, the boom is somewhat thicker, but the mic button is about the same size. Not quite as clear as my Crown, though, but that could have something to do with the way it's connected through the system(s).
Also could be an Audio-technia PRO8 HEX, which has a similar looking boom, but it uses small pads that rest on the temples to hold it in place.
