What arranger has the best most realistic guitar strumming ?

This is a video of the Kronos/Oasys guitar strumming, using a Karma GE... Lovely feature in the Kronos/oasys..

Offcourse when you stricly look to styles in arrangers, it still must be audya, with their real recorded guitar loops, that leads the pack... Megavoice technollogy from Yamaha seems to be getting a little dated... And how are the strums of the Pa4x guitar mode 2?

Not much information about this, which styles have guitar strums that actually sound like real guitars strumming up and down, instead of only up OR down...

How do you like the guitar strumming in the styles of your arranger?

From my experiences with various TOTL arrangers, the Tyros 5 easily commands the top position for my needs, even despite it being 3 years old.

For my one do-all keyboard arranger, the Tyros 5 easily provides the best realistic guitars in an arranger. All the tools for my arranging, composing, recording, and live performance are nicely realized with the Tyros 5, including guitar voices, guitar DSPs, and all the strumming and arps.

For me, Yamaha styles rule. I tried the Audya. Some nice realistic drums and guitars, but too limiting in the creative process, plus other lesser quality voice parts in the mix really degrade the realism.

Programming or editing your own guitar parts with strumming effects are easily found on the Tyros 5 arranger with plenty of multipad effects and well programmed guitar parts in styles, which are fully editable verses limited audio guitar loops found in other arrangers.

I love Audio Styles with audio drum parts (and certainly audio guitar parts) because the feel and energy can be felt from the live musician. With the debate of Audio Styles verses regular midi styles, give me both, but certainly the voices, drum kits, and programming can constantly improve to increase the realism. Can't wait what Yamaha produces for the new Tyros 5 replacement.

For me the Kronos/Oasys guitar strumming was really good, but I have perhaps even better strumming realism and guitar voices in my Tyros 5 without having to add another keyboard.

There are dozens of Tyros 5 multipads that can follow your chording with realistic strumming and arp patterns with or without a style playing, plus the guitar can be changed in Multipad Creator or modified further. There are hundreds of other downloadable Yamaha multipads available, saying nothing of thousands of Yamaha styles and styles with well programmed strumming.

Here are few of Yamaha's Guitar Multipads.

For those with a tablet or iPad, there are many guitar type apps that can be used as a midi controller (manual strumming) or copy midi data to your arranger with good strumming or arp patterns. Here is a simple recording recorded via MIDI from my OMGuitar app to my Tyros 5 using the S.Art Steel Acoustic guitar voice. See photo for screenshot.

Plenty of nice Tyros 5 strumming programming as in this Unplugged style. Just recorded a quick chord progression from a song off the top of my head.
