What is the best provider to share Mp3 and videos?

For file storage with inbuilt player, probably Box which also gives you a fair size of storage for free.

For just Video, then YouTube is the obvious way to go. (You can also use it for mp3 if you load into a video container such as mp4)

For just Music Soundcloud however you are limited to just 3 hours of music without paying for a subscription.
