The only downside I see are the total weight of 60 lbs, and more importantly, to me anyway, is the lack of a line out jack. Only has the speaker outs for the satellites. But especially at this price point might be worth a try for someone.

Pulled the trigger as I have $53 BACKSTAGE pass discounts too. So $296 for me......

Going to use this outside the house by the pool for music and as a small back up PA.

The reason I took the plunge is I just purchased 2 Vari 2115 Harbinger's which I go right/left out my KORG PA 4X. These suck's rock and I got THOSE 2 weeks ago on the SDOTD for $149 each....They kill it....

My investment is around $600 for the M350 AND 2 Vari 2115 Speakers. If the M350 is even close to these, it will be well worth it
