I bought the Zoom Q4n after doing a little research and checking out the video on youtube. It's on back order and I will have to wait.

The zoom products, in my opinion anyway, have the very best audio of anything I've tried.
Though the list of cameras I've tried is rather short.
I own a q8 and the only thing that would make me happier with it would be if it had stronger zoom.
I will try to post something I've recorded with it.

Recorded this a few months back.
The band was very very loud, under a huge tent, for a Harley Davidson Event.
I just set the audio recording meters accordingly. Easy as pie.
You can't see the main PA but it was huge and loud. Did I say loud? The q8 records the bottom end like no other I've seen. With good phones you can feel the bass.

Btw, it was recorded using only the built in xy mic. But the q8 also has two line in jacks and is able to record 4 tracks.
