And I've got an afternoon gig Friday and a big dinner/dance Friday night !!! ...

Probably both will be canceled?

2 to 3 inches forcasted for here tonight and tomorrow morning. I don't care - I'm retired, there is lots of food and booze in the house, and the oil tank just got filled yesterday.

gigs are on Friday ... hopefully the streets and my driveway will be well plowed by then ..

We set a record high yesterday, and a record high "low". Low was 71 and high 86, both a couple of degrees over the previous record.
Today was about the same. Went fishing both days, but they were quite ready to cooperate yet.
We have had only two days below freezing this winter, but of course there is still a month or so to go and it could happen yet.
I miss snow a lot. About as much as I miss having to work at a real job every day.

Record here in Central Florida today I believe it was 83.

Tony you folks may luck out by Friday afternoon roads should be in good shape.

what a mess out there now

White- out conditions, snow falling at 2 - 4 inches an hour, and coming down sideways due to 40 - 50mph wind gusts ... and THUNDER !!! ... fortunately it is supposed to be out of here sometime tonight which will gives the crews time to clear the streets before daybreak ...

We dodged the bullet here - just 1/2 inch, the sun came out and melted the snow from the driveway and sidewalk. Now, the wind is howling at 40 to 50 MPH, and the temperature is a brisk 33 degrees. Damned I hate winter in Maryland.

BRRR, had to wear a jacket playing golf today. Temp dropped 20 degrees from yesterday. High was only 68 today. BRRRR!
