Gary may have mentioned it, but it is appropriate for any/all who are participating to write a timely note to the recipient and email it to Gary. I'll print out these notes, which I believe to be the most important element of the whole effort, and include them in the packaging.

I think that's SO COOL!, but I'm an easily excitable guy!
