people are eagerly waiting for Yamaha to release something new and hopefully Roland also?.....no rush for an SD9 although it should be a great arranger also, I enjoyed my SD7 for a while.....

for the first time I really in a holding pattern with a wait and see attitude....

good luck to anyone buying a SD9 please share your first thoughts..

Count me out. I have had a SD7 and although the sounds and styles
are excellent, the company does not give service. AJ us the only person who really gives service. I am going to stick to Yamaha
for my stuff. Lloyd

Donnie, surely you haven't forgotten all the problems we had with the SD7!? Mine was never trustworthy enough to use on the job after having it six months.
I even saved sound clips of it crashing on the job.

No Don I haven't forgotten what we both went thru frown
.... it was certainly an up & down journey for the time we had the SD7, dont know anything about the SD9 yet,...funny thing it was never the sounds or styles but sadly the SD7 features and navigation for me in live play which I couldn't tolerate......I still miss my Pa4x....but want to wait just a bit more to see whats coming before I make another purchase,.....have a great holiday!!

I really don't understand. After 2 full years of gigging
4 to 5 days weekly I have NEVER had either of my 2 SD7s crash.

I did find some ketron legacy styles that
Caused problems but none of the factory
Voices or styles ever quit on me.
