Anyone using this? I'm in the market for a digital video recorder and would like to hear opinions.

I've been extremely pleased with my Kodak Zi8. No longer a current model but I suppose it has been replaced. What I really like is that it has a stereo line input that allows me to record sound directly from my mixer, as the camera records video.
I got mine from Ebay at a great price. It has a remote too.

I'm thinking of buying the Q4n or the Q8n they have better video and audio flexibility. I love the idea of recording from the mixer , but wish it had better zoom functions. I've watched on you tube the comparison of all three units, each have their strength and flaws. Still a decent camera for budget minded musicians.

I have one, and the audio is SUPERB. Great unit for little money

what I like about the picture on the Zoom vs the GOPro is that it doesn't give you that Fishbowl effect which is nice!!
