Spectrasonics Keyscape Its out of this world..
With an interface that would work well on any Hardware keyboard with a touchscreen.. Even more so if you combine it with Omnisphere 2 as the base of your sound...
Bachus wow that is really amazing...what can be done thru VST/DAW etc,. vs just a keyboard is phenomenal for sure.....this keyscape is geared to pianos correct? or? btw what is the Best sound VST general library for having all instruments if you had to have just one package...? and you will need a really powerful computer to handle it all too?
There is no such thing as best thing... we both know, best is situational at best...
Altough there is general concensus that you cant go wrong with Native instruments komplete..
Personally i think there are quite some valid alternatives of comparable level..
Like :
- Halion 6
- Ik multimedia total studio max (including sample tank 3)
- UVI Falcon
All thes cover the whole chebang from drums to guitars to orchestral and synth..
I personally am a big fan of spectrasonics Omnisphere (including keyscape, trillian and bass).. but that is because i use VST's in addition to my hardware, and not as a replacement.. the soundquallity of the Spectrasonics instruments is beyound almost everything i have ever heard and tested..
But spectrasonics does not cover everything a traditional arrnaager player would want if he ought to go software.. it lacks things like strumming guitars and advanced orchestral stuff (not a problem for me, as those parts are covered by the Pa4x and Kronos)
