Thanks, I used the 'Rumba Island' on Tyros5 (120)
Bart plays South American Harp and vocals
Kenneth plays A-guitar, E-Bass guitar and lead vocals
Roberto plays A-guitar and Requinto
Louisa: vocals (she did not sing in Quizas, but does here https://we.tl/AIMWw7VFic )
La media vuelta has some more Tyros5 instruments in it. (trumpet, piano, strings)

Hope you like these songs as well.

Recordings with Cubase using AKG C3000 mics on Steinberg UR824

Donny the first one you posted is my favorite. The feeling they put into their music is precious.

My favorite music is Latin; slow or fast it has heart. Hardly ever play it on a job; mostly at home for me.

To the Latin music lovers, I just wanted to share this with you. It's another song I used to play as a DJ.

That driving beat just pulls you right into these type of songs. Just like Rock ' Roll did when it first came out!

Note how the rhythm section is constantly changing and the many drum breaks. That's what I call "packaging a song."

Mark if I remember correctly they called her the Queen of Latin music. These Latin musicians and singers are all about feelings. (As it should be)

Thanks for posting, John C.

She was the most popular vocalist out of Cuba ever...spent most of her years working in the US. When I first heard her sing, the "rawness" in her voice really put me off. Years later I tuned in again to her when I realized THAT WAS the attraction....."the rawness."

I really like this version of her Tu Voz, though it has to grow on you.

When she passed a few years ago, the headlines were bigger than when Castro took over Cuba!
