Of course it was easier for some than it was for others ...

But vids like this always spark some memories - not all of them happy -
Sitting in a barracks in Fort Knox KY, listening to JFK announce the Cuban Blockade;
A little over 1 year later, JFK getting killed the day before my wife and I got married;
Coming home from work and hearing that MLK Jr was killed;
Seeing film on TV of RFK being shot;

There certainly were tumultuous times ...

But Gary, thanks for posting as it brought about a lot of laughs as well ...

Yes Tony,
some of the times were not happy ones for sure. But somehow we all made it through it. The sad thing is our young people are not learning about these things and soon they will be forgotten.
