Mine is a "Hercules" with 4 positions and an fine adjustment wheel. Other than that, it is the same. My middle adjustment is 22".

That "memory foam" is the greatest thing since babies. I've been using a memory foam seat cushion for years now when I play the piano. I wouldn't play without it sitting on my piano bench. Also just bought a memory foam pillow. Wonderful! It holds my head in place so I don't toss 'n turn all night. My next purchase will be a memory foam accordion.

BTW......that bench Donny is talking about. I tried that at Sam Ash. I remember it because of the absolute comfort I felt immediately........soft and plush. You can't beat "soft and plush!"

I have sat in this seat for a two hour period longest so far and have to say it is very comfy throughout nice piece of gear....
and you cant beat the price. don't be fooled by other seats that look alike also..

ROC N SOK best cushion in the world, swivels and hydraulically positions too (doesn't fold up). Use in studio, stand when performing live.
