Those two rubber washers, where the boom arm pivots, are not holding very well now. Anyone know where I can find replacement washers? Anyone have any 'life hacks' for this?

Thanks.

I've used metal washers to tighter the loose space ... then I bought Ultimate Support Boom arms - BEST in the biz.

One knob adjustment of all angles. LOVE it!
