Without even seeing this one, I remember from last time when s970 vs Pa900 was done.

Pa900 better - in my view.

And as we know this pa1000 has 4 times the sound quality of the pa900.

I don't know about the four times... smile But I do find the pa1000/pa700 having a much improved drums (probably because the real ambiance) and overall a nicer sound. Less artificial, so to speak.

I remember listening the versus with BK9 and I liked the Roland drums quite a bit more than Pa900. Now Pa1000 is right there, and even better. So, to me personally, the drums sounds is a clear and even obvious improvement.

On the other hand, I think the overall mix was improved for styles.

The video posted is really only about sounds, some sounds that are not weak necessarily with neither of the two. So, I guess it can be a matter of preferance to a large extend.
