Have come from a Korg Pa50sd which you used the performance buttons to set your registrations.
On the Pa700 you have 4 Keyboard Set Buttons under the screen which I presume is like the old single touch settings. How do you create your own single touch settings for your songs?

You do it in Songbook. You can then make Setlists of any of the Songbook entries you want.
