Occasionally, I dig down to the bottom of my toy chest,as it were, and came upon my Muse Receptor 2, 8 disk Colossus library, and 6 disk Kontakt 4 set. At the time, I thought I could build an arranger type instrument that had infinite sounds. Well, that didn't work out, but it seems a shame that hundreds of dollars worth of sampled instruments are sitting in my closet.

I was wondering, with today's more modern players, anything could be utilized. I know that if I was a composer with a DAW and powerful machine, I would stand a better chance.

Bernie won't Varranger allow you to use VST's as individual instruments?

Hi Fran

Although I haven't, I know Dan has written the capability, but I would have no idea how to. I have the idea of them being packaged with dsp's including articulations. I sure jumped in without knowing what I was doing.
