I purchased a 32GB SanDisk USB 3.0 drive and formatted it on the KORG Pa900. I then copied all the files from the thumb drive I have been using into a folder on my PC, then copied the contents of the folder on to the new flash drive.
If I try to access an MP3 or midi file from the USB by selecting it from the Songbook or from a 'Custom' songlist, I get a message saying "Resource not found". BUT, if I press 'Song Play' then press either Player 1 or 2, search for the MP3 or midi file on the USB and select it, it loads into the player and plays fine.
Anyone know what I might be doing (have done) wrong, or what the problem might be?
PS: There are no problems using the current USB drive, I would just like to have the convenience of leaving the smaller USB in the KB.
Thanks in advance ...

I am guessing if you copied all the files at once by pressing copy all, it also copied the name of the stick. then you have to click open the stick to see the files. Happened to me. You have to copy the files one at a time or the pa900 looks in the wrong place.because it changes the location numbers on the stick. Just a guess but try it. It couldn't hurt

Good luck

Mel ... While your answer did not resolve the problem - I tried copying files one at a time with just a few files and had the same problem - after trying a few different things, re-reading your post made me think - maybe the USB HAS TO have the same name (I had given the new USB a different name than the one I was using) I reformatted the USB on the KORG using the same name as the first stick and VOILA !!! situation resolved ...
Thanks for responding, Mel ...

Tony
Us pa900 users must stick together. Glad it worked. I'm hoping it will
work on my pa1000 when it comes.
