ABOUT A MONTH AGO I WAS SENT OR FOUND SOME PSR 9000 RYTHUMS ON THE FORUM OR NET. I DOWNLOADED THEM TO FLOPPY AND PUT ON THE DESK UNTIL I GOT THE CONVERSION DISK FROM TECHNOTE. I NOW HAVE THE TECHNOTE CONVERSION DISK BUT THE 9000 DISK SHOW BLANK. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE TO FIND THE PSR 9000 RYTHUMS(THEY WERE FREE). THANKS.

Hi,
does your conversion disk definately convert psr styles??
Psr styles should have a .sty extension.
If your disk doesn't convert Yamaha, they can actually be transformed into a midi file by changing the extension to .mid in which case you could create a style out of them with the mid to style function in the keyboard. A lot more work , though.

best wishes

THE DISK LIST PSR 9000, PSR 9000 PRO,740, 640, 2000, TYROS, PSR 8000, 7000, 730, AND 630, SO I ASSUME IT WILL CONVERT. IT IS THE TECHNOTE DISK.

Hi,
just a thought. Your psr styles aren't within a folder on your disk,if so, that might explain why they're not showing up? Copy them to a blank disk without any folders.
best wishes
