Here in Central Kentucky, a repair involves pick-up and sending to Cincinnati. that's a fee of over $200.00 before any repair. I have a Clavinova 65 and it's GREAT, but, given it's worth, a motherboard problem would result in me scrapping the unit.
Hi I gave my clp150 away to my neighbor the other day. It was about 15 years old. Only problem I had with it was the floppy drive went on it a couple of years back The issues you asked about, sorry not really aware of them.
The one im buying doesnt have issues but i heared about motherboards failing in them many times. And also if yiu check on ebay for “clavinova repair service” there are many repair services
