Donny, you know there is absolutely no comparison between using headphones and speakers. And, Guitpic just reinforced my argument about stereo V/S Mono. Of course, you could have a headphone set for each of your audience members, then they would surely hear stereo. Gary

Jim, I would try them both out and purchase them from a company that has a liberal return policy. I suspect, after playing for a few weeks with a pair of EV-10Ps, that you will go with the Bose S1s. For me, the EVs lacked both clarity and bottom end, but they may work for someone else. Good luck on whatever you decide upon, Gary
