Yes it is, you have to accept cookies and the page expand and show 'how to' and file is dowloadable by click little green downloadicon.
Edit. Sorry, my glasses is not clean, it's a older verion than 1.1

Update was taken down so as to improve on some minor issues. It will be back up this week. If you had already installed it, please proceed to re-install. When asked "OS already installed, do you want to install again", please touch YES!
