It looks like the advertised price in Europe has dropped to $3899 US from $5499... a $1600 swing. More in line with the Korg Pa4X MAP Price of $3999.

Actually no, i am still happy with my pa4x...

I am afrraid i will start missing the many things the pa4x has, and i have come to love and that are not on the Genos...

however... i bought 2 modules this week to play with and undusted the integra 7... to be more precise, a used Motif XS rack to play and toy with the arps... and a behringer model D analogue synth (which i actually ordered like 6 months ago, but they where nearly non excistant, its an incredible minimoog replica)

No, and i am not planning to buy one really soon, but it would not be wise to close your eyes for the strengths of the Genos... bu who knows when i get a really good offer...

I think the Genos is a very good keyboard, and if the Pa4X hadn't come out, I would probably have one. As it is, however, there is not enough to tip the scales to add a Genos, because I sure wouldn't give up my Korg.

I think both G and PA4X is top of the best arrangers there is, and hopefully within end of the year I have both in my rack.
Well, that's of course if Korg has not released a new TOTL 'till then.

Bernie, it's a wonderful hobby, and some told me that a great hobby cost lots of $$$$$$$ .... no, you're lucky that have Frank, but it costs lots of NKR.(Norwegian money). wink
Years has passed by fast as, or faster than lightening, and we're not getting any younger, so even if I do complain about high price levels, this lovely musicmachines is worth every cent.
(pst.... don't tell my wife what it really take out off the saving accounts) shocked laugh2
