I'm considering something ultra-portable, and Korg's two offerings are in the mix.

I know the Liverpool has some exclusive Beatles styles in a protected memory area which can't be accessed or exported to other machines.

I've also read that you can load the styles from the MicroArranger, Pa50, Pa80, etc., into the Liverpool. Does the MicroArranger have any features or content that cannot be transferred to the Liverpool?

In short, for the same price why would anyone buy a MicroArranger instead? Thanks!

In order to qualify for a Liverpool, you have to grow long hair and be able to sing She Loves Me YEAH-YEAH-YEAH. smile

The MicroArranger is basically a shrunk down Pa50/80 so everything that works with the Pa50sd will work with the MicroArranger

I've been told that the only difference between KMA and the LP is the addition of the Beatles styles, so everything else should be the same. You might ask on the Korg forum just to be certain.

I think you're right Don.
Another color, Beatles styles and lots of Beatles midis if I don't remember it wrong.
KMA is in fact a little wolf in disguise, and not bad to play at even if keys are small and a bit 'toy'ish'.
I'm also using KMA to run the BK7-m, works like a charm. smile
