Yamaha’s philosophy is selling trough local dealers That hav ethe knowhow to give real support for their instruments And so they don’t comcentrate on youtube But on demo’s and selling parties ar local dealers. This works well in Western europe, the main market for the Genos.

Donny, I know Ben Kraft personally, and have done a lot business with he and his father (Roger Kraft...who started Kraft Music). Ben is the consumat professional and creates his demos with extremely high quality.
I too never tire of Martin Harris’s demos. After listening to this particular demo through headphones...It definitely shows the quality of The Genos.
At least on this one I hear a little bit a VH in the demo.....amazing singing VH/playing takes a back seat with these demos...be it Genos or otherwise..
I may be a little overfed and due to it tend to make negative judgments. Well, I still like the singing in the second video in this thread. Yet, this kind of music is a little bit risky… as it doesn’t sound “expensive”. For some reason this video it rather hated on YouTube (49 likes and 62 dislikes). Perhaps people see that it’s not really about Genos.
Just to illustrate my point I want to show a promotion video of MOX,
As I see it, Bert makes it about music, not about an instrument, and makes an impression that this keyboard sounds more “expensive” than 4-times more costly Genos.
..... Perhaps people see that it’s not really about Genos. ....
It's about Genos, but bear in mind what country and public this video is aimed at. Germans and neighbour countries love schlagers, and most buyers are well grown people that have the money ready to buy this machine.
But, Genos is capable to reach several markets, it's just to swap musicians that runs the demoes and the way they demostrate it.

Gunnar Jonny, I believe that you’re totally correct about that. In the same time, if the internet audience didn’t like it for some reason, it’s a matter for analysis. Anyway, it makes sense that Yamaha prioritizes markets where there’s something to win.
Impuls, yes, it’s nice. If it was a program on Russian TV, they would’ve edited it in the way as to show how everyone in the audience is laughing insanely.
