If you want to bring attention to a certain point on a Youtube video, right click on it and pick "copy video URL at current time."

Example: I took this from another post. I did a "copy video URL at current time" and pasted the info here. You'll see it starts where Eric wanted to highlight.

I also use that when I want to review a scene in a long video and other uses.
