Is it possible to put a keyboard (technics kn6500) and a roland xp30 on the same stand.
I would like a stand that I can play on the two keyboards while I am sitting. I also would like to be able to read music ...is this also possible with two keyboards on a stand ?
Where can I find such stands.

Thanks,
Alain

Most keyboard dealers have this kind of equipment in the store, and there are several sites to look at different models etc.
Maybe this link is a startpoint http://www.quiklok.com/

HI Alain,
I have three keyboards on a Quiklok Systems three tier stand. I always keep the kn6000 on the bottom, the KN3000 was always in the middle until I sold it, now has the SD1, and on top is the Ensoniq Sampler Keyboard. It is solid, steady, and angle adjustable. The bottom and middle keyboard are played sitting down but I must stand to play the top keyboard.
There is only room for a music rack on the top keyboard, or attached to a boom mic. These are all heavey keyboards.

PS: I should have said that it can be changed from 3 tier to 2 tier or single tier as required and no tools required to change.

I use an old USS (Ultimate Support System)
"A-Frame" stand, works great. IT's nice and
wide, so my 18-note MIDI pedal board fits under it nicely. I attached the music desk from a music stand, right to one of the upper supports, so it'll hold a big heavy music book easily too. And I attached wiring, lights etc. along the tubing, so that at a gig alot of wires are "pre-run" for me.

Don't know if they still make/sell the A-frame style or not though . . .

Hey Alain, I have an Axeman 3 tier w/ a kn6500 on bottom, Solton X1 middle and a Korg PA80 on top. I also have a Ultimate Deltex 2 tier w/ a psr740 and a psr2000. Either one is easy to play, except I have to stand for the Korg PA80. Both I bought for less than a hundred.
