it gets very glossy from attaching that plastic..

But then, i guess its the ultimate protection for preventing wear and scratches..

Good idea for any keyboard, helps keep your investment in top shape.

I'm thinking about the seller that sold me a truck many years ago...
I asked for seatcovers, and he rejected to give me any.
That made me a kind of angry until he said:
No Sir, it's not you that shall cover up the nice looking seats, you pay big money, and it's you that shall have the pleasure to make it worn.
Next owner will get the seatcovers for free. smile

I think I'll use the 'plastic fantastic' as it is, just as I did with the other keyboards.
But, I'm cover it up with dustcover when not in use. wink

Kind of reminds me of an aunt I visited as a child. She had clear plastic covers on her furniture. And we still weren't allowed to sit on it. I don't think she EVER let anyone sit on it.......... -charley

I'm not sure what some people do to their keyboards when they play them. This seems like an excessive solution to a possible problem. I'll keep my dustcover. -charley

An aluminum body would be better... Genos 2.

As for now... I'll make the marks on my Genos myself.
