Just added an SSD to our SD90. Figured we might as well record it as we went along in case someone else is thinking about doing the same thing.

Jim - I took the easy way out and went with the kit available from AJ. As for speeds-n-feeds all I can pass along is SATA interface and in my case 240 GB capacity. Sadly I can't even tell you if it was SATA II / III or ??. The drive was already attached to the mounting bracket, so I wasn't able to see if there was any info on the underside of the drive. As you can see in the video, the side that was visible doesn't say much other than the source of the drive. A quick search online and I found a bunch of drives that look pretty much identical and **may** work.

In my SD7 the SSD drive is running very stable...
I would say it's a MUST HAVE....
