I really need help with my psr-s670.

I bought a new Yamaha PSR-S670 and used it for a few months after which I noticed that when I turned on the power, is will show an error "Internal Hardware error!", all the lights on the buttons will turn of but no sound is produced. if I leave it for a long time and reboot again, it will clear and work normal.

I have tried factory reset and did not solve it.

After a while, the error dont clear any more. i have seached everywhere on the internet for solution and have not found one.

Can someone assist with any solution to this error?

Thank you.

I wish I had an answer for you. Let me suggest (if someone here does not provide an answer... and a solution) that you send Yamaha an e-mail, identifying the machine you are using, the nature of the problem and specifics about what you encounter when you first turn on your arranger. If you are lucky, you might get one of the techs who gives two hoots in hell about Yamaha's Customer Base... or you may get some snark who occupies a chair and draws a paycheck to support his habit.

Thanks for your response and concerns. However, I am yet to get a solution at sight even though I contacted Yamaha support. I only got a redirect to a Nigerian registered dealer.

Still hoping that I meet a solution here.

It might be worth it to open it and try reseating the cables inside. Just a suggestion in case you don't get any other help.

It may be the power supply. very weak or a different outlet.
Just a guess
