Yamaha has many in Entertainer pack and World group (standard on tyros). Korg same in Musikant style group. Not familiar with Roland- do they have a similar dedicated style grouping either standard on some models or available as a pack? Curious about German, Italian, French, Scandanavian etc...

The EA7 has music designed for almost any country you can name. There are so many I haven't even listened to all of them. Many or useful for American music as well.
You can have it boot up to your favorite regions styles if you want.

Really? Only Roland I've owned was a bk5 that went back after a few hours..never looked into their style offerings. Do they do them in packs or groups like the others? For sale or free from Roland directly? Ill be a player on ea7..as soon as they catch up with others and add a single color larger screen, touch or not.

There are hundreds on board. Plus they can now be played directly from USB, instead of having to load them first.
I didn't think I'd like the screens, and I would prefer bigger, but they work very well.

Located an ea7 on display in a music store less than an hour away. Will go check it out next week..after impending snow storms move through tomorrow and over weekend.

After you boot it up, press the World style button and page through the styles. One category is Eastern European. The Vietnam styles have some good ones, and the Latin ones are very diverse. I think I even found one in the Chinese section that worked with some song. smile

You can set the EA7 to boot up to any of the World style categories as you prefer.

I downloaded and briefly read through manual before my visit to familiarize myself with keyboard. Maybe go tomorrow or wed when the heat wave takes us from 15° to 30's to 40.

There are two manuals for the E-A7. The standard manual and the "reference" manual..
