During the "Blizzard of '78", - which all Rhode Islanders think about anytime there is a forecast of snow - I was still living in Staten Island NY ... the whole City was shut down ... directly across from our house was a big hill ... the entire neighborhood was out sledding and we would have people at the bottom of the hill checking for traffic and we would glide down the hill, across the street, and directly into my garage ... sparks would fly when the sled runners hit the concrete floor of the garage ...

What a fun week during the Blizzard of 78 it was one big party and every neighbor even those you never met were now your friends.
We lucked out down here 90 miles south of you Jerry, and it stayed warm enough to avoid the ice. Now they are calling for high winds tonight through tomorrow am.
