Hello!

I recently bought a PA3x but I think there is some problem with the MP3 functions.

No mp3 files are displayed when I try to select them in song mode and I also can´t record. The shortcut SHIFT + RECORD does nothing.

When in GLOBAL AUDIO SETUP, the MP3 settings are greyed out, as shown in image below.

Can someone help?

Do you have the korg Mp3 card player installed?

Is this an optional? I thought mp3 player was default in Pa3x.

I don't know how to see this.

did you buy this KB USED? I remember installing an MP3 card optionally on my KORG Pa800.....
on the Pa3x the MP3 player should be included?

I would contact the seller immediately
to find out if they had the same problems previously before selling.

I would try factory reset, and reload the operating system.

I already reset but the problem continues. The previous onwer is a friend of mine who has never noticed this behaviour.

He was kind enough to accept the return and will look for Korg assistance.
