Hello Peeps,

I wonder if someone could help me with an issue I am having trying to work out how to lock the transpose on the PA1000 when a midi song (or in song play mode).

When I first got the PA900 I managed to work it out but going through all the GLOBAL or MENU settings of both keyboards I cannot for the life of me find where it is as most of the settings match !!!

So just to clarify, when the PA1000 is playing a midi file, when you use transpose, the song stays in the same key but only they keyboard sounds change. Any idea where this option may be?

I had already tried all the global options listed on those pages and it’s not working. I think there’s a bug in the OS maybe ? Works perfectly on the PA900.

My Pa700 is on the way I will check it out when it's here.....
maybe you need a factory reset...or?...common all you

Actually I recently upgraded the OS to 1.3.1 but I don’t know if it was working before because the first thing I did when I unboxed it was match the settings I had on the PA900 but it was only yesterday I noticed it not working.

I haven’t tried korg forums as of yet, I’m going out now but will try later.

Btw cool you’re getting the 700, looks lovely too. Maybe you’ll be able to replicate my problem is it’s not sorted by then.

I tried changing some different settings and I think I managed it although it's not where you'd think it was.

Here is what I changed, I have attached an image I hope it worked....

Danny way to go ....I knew it was in there somewhere...
just didn't have the kb here to look....
it is a very important feature when you use SMF/Mp3 etc,..
