Say I have Technic-Chord on with R-1, and Solo on with R-2. How do I get Solo to stay on when I choose a different instrument on R-2 without it going off ?

These kind of questions keep the forum going. Besides that, I need to know.

press menu, sound, sound load option, solo load, off. Keeping monophonic sound active in a polyphonic keyboard is not really a function that most people would use that often, though layering one instrument top note in the block chords of a second instrument is a very useful effect. Solo is actually pre-programmed for those sounds that are actually truly monophonic like a Moog.

Thanks Alec

You are right. I don't want to keep it that way. There are times when I am setup to play block organ, or piano eg. R2 might have a sax on solo, and I may switch it midsong to another solo instrument. I just want to keep it that way when I need it.
