Donny, DonM gave me most of the answers I was looking for....
Eileen and Fred gave some answers at your request..
To recap.. You can only layer the 3 right hand parts, unless
you use ensemble (then you have 4).
What I like about layered parts, you can get interesting results in
sound. I also like to use this method instead of OTS. Since you can have
combinations. My G70 has 6 parts to layer or blend. My E-A7 has 4.
Files in a folder is limited to 2,500.
3g is max in expansion memory, and 128g is confirmed max flash(so far).
I am use to 2g external on the G70 (plenty, because no audio).
The E-A7 has no limits on files in a folder, and will read 2 terabytes flash.
The karaoke files are still not practical.. Search is limited to 2,500 files
in a folder. And the need to open the Zip tp play CDG.
Still better to use my cell phone.
At this point, I most likely will pass on the Genos and SX. They don't offer
any benefit for me, over what I have. Other then lighter weight(G70).
I still need to play your Genos and Dave's SX.
