I downloaded 3 of those files and unzipped directly onto the floppy and no problem.
I will take two guesses here.
Bad download and/or bad format.
First reformat the disk in your keyboard. then unzip the files to the floppy in your computer. Still a problem. Get another copy of the download.
I just had a problem with three files corrupted out of 5 I downloaded and this was a new operating upgrade for my new yamaha9000. One was a bad NEW floppy and the other two were corrupt downloads. It only took all night to get it right
