WOW, it has indeed been a looooong ride here at SZ. 😎
In another thread the topic is about how time flies, and it relly does. It feels like supersonic speed, and still accelerating ... ✈

I can see in my profile that I'm a 1.st April fool anno 2001. 😁
In fact, I was a memeber here some time before that date too, (username was something related to Technics KN),
but something happened with the SZ site or my account, so I had to register for a new.
Back then I had a Technics related website, and if my memory still is fair with me, I think it was Scott Yee
that contacted me and pointed me to this forum. I think it must have been late 90'ies. Maybe 1998 or 99.

Great to see that 'the oldies' that has been here from the beginning still is going strong! 👍

Thank's to all of you SZ'ers for all the good help, advice and fun through the years. bow bow
And a special salute 🍻 to Nigel for his great visdom and hard work to keep the SZ site up and running! bow bow bow

You can imagine how being a number higher than 12,000 creates a sense of insignificance and humility! LOL! It's a great place to be allowed to "hang-out" and learn stuff from the Old Masters.

Hey Dave - "13596 here". HA HA...we "young bucks" indeed have lots to be grateful for! Many have come before us that's for sure! Thanks Nigel and to all the "Senior Seniors" for the myriad of help and advice along the way! rocker
