Donny, that's a great treatment for COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). It does not work for pulmonary fibrosis. COPD is a totally different disease entity, whereas the lungs have lost their elasticity and are somewhat like a plastic bag.
In my case, my lungs have taken on the texture of shoe leather - they no longer expand or contract naturally. My chest is hyper-inflated and I now must breathe with my abdominal muscles, which is quite difficult at best. Kinda like someone is holding a pillow over my face.
