My Kn2000 has an intermittant problem. Some of the notes get distorted and make a "clanging" sound. The highest A is more often affected. Cleaning has been suggested. I am having a problem getting the top panel off. I removed all the top panel screws, but still cant get it off. Does anyone know where I can get a technical manual. Any suggestions appreciated.

There are 19 screws to remowe from bottom before turn
keyboard right way and lift the top as you'll see from
the illustrations.
