I almost always put my kbs in the case with the keys away from me. This is because the front pockets usually add bulk to the top of the case, where the kb is generally fatter. When you use this positioning, theres a smoother fit. Agree, disagree?

BTW - the standard 61 is a great fit for the SX900. (That's why I have it)

I bought the Pro GO 76 slim for the Roland BK9.. it was close but no cigar, I sent it back and got the regular size.. Turned out to be a good move... my G70 fits snug..

Your mod would have made the BK9 fit perfect.. in the slim.


Now with my $230 ProGo 76 bag, I can use it to protect the $75 Casio too

Yup, but those bags are NO competition for the Go Pro stuff. They are basically a keyboard with a handle. This G-PG is sooooooo sexy.

If I may steal a box from your post...I have two 61 and one 76 key Gator bags for sale. Not used at all. Still got tags. Open to trades or worthy causes.

Personally, the idea of having the keys facing the ground bothers me, but whatever works for you ...

I'm the only one transporting the unit, so I have no worries. Not using vans, trucks, or dollies- just picking it up, and walking it in. I'm not worried - the case give plenty of protection.
