It's a solid keyboard. Once you get the lay of the land, it's not so intimidating, but I do miss the larger touch screen.
These 2 dinky little screens are a step WAY backwards in technology. Functional, but clumsy.
Roland sounds have always been great - this one seems to be a 1/2 step under their former TOTL sound set ... esp in the EPs, but they are very nice, and certainly useable. I gave a brief comparison in another post today, so I won't repeat, myself (myself smile ) but I'll say this - it's definitely not going anywhere anytime soon.
It's a viable contender in the market, but certainly not for everyone. IMO, the masses will be more comfortable with Yamaha and Korg OS.

I like the OS, but I agree about the screens-terrible. Needs the new touch screen from the Fantom. Great sounds though and major value.
