HI, I had order the sd60 the 27 of december and I receive the keyboard ON THE 13 of february we put down the sd60 and I told him that the keyboard was loose in the box After I open the box and I saw the 2 foam each side of the box split in half and thats why the keyboard was loose After I put it on the keyboard stand and I wait 3 hours before I open it.I start to play and they was 10 white keys notes not the black notes noizy when I press on the note it was like the key was knoking on metal I phone my salesman and he told me to take a picture Under the white keys and when I took the picture I saw 2 big dent in front of the casing,Now I was angry,I can not beleive that Ketron ship a dammage keyboard that is very expensive Years ago I have receive the audya5 and when I open it the 2 foam was split in 2 Ketron should change there packiging Now the sd60 is in the box ready for shipement to ketron Italy I am waiting for an answer from them I sold my KN7000 to come back with ketron

Well ,yesterday the carrier inspector came to verified the box for the dammages It was not there fault because the keyboard foam enveloppe was not cut or damage the pictures of the dammages had been send to Ketron Italy and we are waiting there answer I paid $5800 canadian is this mean ,gone with the Wind I beleive people when they say there service no good there are very independent

Hi, Yes they had send a reclamation person to investigate and the conclusion it was not the carrier,because like I said ,the foam enveloppe for the keyboard in the box was intact These dents came from Ketron if the keyboard foam was dammage it will be another story now it will be a war with Ketron I thing I had purchase many solton and ketron for many years I am waiting an answer from my dealer Thanks

Thanks AJ if I new that you can sell ketron keyboard in Canada
I will have purchase from you I did not play the sd60 for one minute when I ear the noizy sound keyboard on or off (mecanical problem) I wrote to ketron I had send pictures I had send the sd60 to my salesman yesterday If the keyboard foam cover was not dammage,was intact when I took of the keyboard foam protection I saw 2 big dent at the lower casing I had paid $5800.00can. Fedex after investigation told us that it was not there fault because the keybard foam cover was intact Its very hard to fight with Ketron

Hi,When my salesman check the keyboard He find out that the noizy keys was the problem of the low dammage casing they have to replace bottom metal casing The keys was nocking the metal ,so they is only one problem waiting Ketron for an answer
