Hello all,

Can someone kindly help me try to update the OS on my Audya 76? I think it's at 50E (that's what is says when it boots) but I can't find an option to check what it is? Then going onto the Ketron software site I can't even see a 50E there so I wouldn't know which one would be the next sequence. Also, is updating only done using a computer and not directly from a USB into the keyboard?

Hi Donny, thank you for your reply but unfortunately that didn't help since the Audya doesn't have the same options as an SD instrument. I already know how to update the SD7 as I did that recently, but on the Audya I can't see the preferences options or any options to get to the OS. I did look in YouTube and Googled as well but I just couldn't find anything on the Audya.

The Ketron site does tell you how to upgrade but it doesn't tell you how to check what version you're on even though it does say it when booting up, it says on my Audya 50E but there is no such version on the Ketron's site which is why I am very confused. It's probably safer just to leave it since it seems to be working fine and I a not sure what the upgrades would do different anyway.

Just a guess but I think what you're calling 50E is actually 5.0E.

I think you have to upgrade through pc, I could be wrong, maybe some other can chime in, I’m so guilty of never updated my Audya, for fear of something funky happened, I’ve never had any problem with mine, maybe it’s time to do so🤔

Hi chas, yes I think it has to be that.. but even still 5.0E isn't on the ketron site so its strange how its in my audya if it wasn't released?
