captain Russ Senior Member Registered: 01/02/04 Posts: 7305 Loc: Lexington, Ky, USA	The Governor of the State of Kentucky has declared a state of emergency. I think the feds have things well in hand with this one, and it is clearly reflected in the number of cases and fatalities.
