In Germany we are lucky to get excellent information about Covid-19 from two top virologists, who take part in a daily 30-40 minute podcast interview.
One of them is Professor Drosten from Charité Berlin, whose team has developed the PCR Corona test now used worldwide.
The podcast is in German language of course, but there are automatic English subtitles (which sometimes produce nonsense though).

Here in Germany, several university hospitals are now calling healed Corona patients to donate blood so that a passive antibody vaccination can be prepared for very serious cases.
This seems to be the only remedy available in short term...
