There was supposed to be a memorial service for Benny Cintioli, and his wife this week (3/29), so since we can't gather and tell stories of the crazy deals he made ... for all you transplanted Philadelphians, or anyone who ever made the trip trip to his store, scrambled to find parking, and waited out side for that 1:00 opening with all our peers, drinking coffee from McDonalds ... here's a picture to remind you of the man who always had a deal (and a JOKE) for you. That would have been a local "who's who" or area musician for sure. Sorry it never happened.

I'll never forget Benny if I live to be 200. I'm guessing most of the people who knew him over the years feel the same way. One of kind, for sure. His death stirred up so many memories and made me very, very sad.
