An enjoyable watch, Donny - good find. Many years ago, I was told by the Yamaha service rep in Nevada that all their pianos were tuned in an environmentally controlled room that is set to the average environmental conditions of the area that the piano will be shipped to. When they arrive at that destination, another tech puts the finishing touches on the tuning before it goes to the retailer.
